I used a Chevy body because the Ford body still has the gaps for the Fusion Grill in the game. When you try to put icons over the grill, you get weird crimps or gaps where a line goes through. The chevy doesn't have this problem, but you wind up having to make a custom Ford logo.
The Thunderbird logo underneath the ford symbol is a custom decal where I rotated this:

A default decal in the "sharp shapes" category. I then resized it to flatten it out so it wasn't so curvy. Made a slightly larger black one as an outline, and a smaller white-gray gradient one on top. It's one of those things that isn't very accurate up close, but works good enough. You could probably also put a little parallelogram as the head if you want to get fancy.
The 6 on the right side is the same thing as the left. It's an upside down lower case g. I think with the proper font you have to use a square to fill in a gap on the 'g.' From there, you use the skew and rotate tool until it lines up properly with the tilt of the red.
Hope this helps. Feel free to post a link to your results if you're making one!
Few questions: Why did you use a chevy body? Where did you get the Thunderbird logo? And How did you get the ride side 6 to look right?
